"Super quick and easy!!!"
I found rooms really fast with this app!!! It was simple to use, everything worked well, and it made the whole process way easier than I expected!!!

"Easy enough without a car"
My PadSplit was close to the bus stop, which helped a lot. I don’t drive, so that mattered. Didn’t have to walk far just to get to work or handle errands. The buses came regularly most days too. Not perfect every single time, but I usually wasn’t waiting too long. Overall, it was a good spot for public transportation. Simple. Worked fine for my day to day.

"Decent Stay, Deposit Took Its Sweet Time"
The place itself was fine, nothing amazing, nothing awful. The real adventure was waiting for my security deposit to come back, because apparently that needed its own dramatic timeline. Support did respond, to be fair, just not exactly at lightning speed. Overall, not a disaster, but not something I’d be shouting about from the rooftops either.

"I had a repair done at…"
I had a repair done at the house, and while it did get fixed in the end, it took longer than I was expecting. I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned before and didn’t want to feel like I was being fooled or charged for something that wouldn’t actually hold up. The quality was okay, not amazing, but so far the issue hasn’t come back, so I’m relieved about that

"Worth it for the price"
For me, PadSplit ended up being a solid option. The rent was a lot cheaper than most of the other places I looked at, and having utilities included made things way easier to plan around each month. I wouldn’t say it’s fancy or perfect, but the way I see it, you’re getting what you pay for in a good way. It made sense for my situation and helped me save some money.

I appreciated that there were no surprise costs, which was a big relief. Everything was straightforward on that end. The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting around—it took longer than I expected, and I wish the timing had been handled better

"I’ll admit I was a little..."
I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first, but PadSplit actually did a decent job with privacy. My info didn’t feel like it was being thrown around, and the account settings were easy to figure out. I also liked that messages stayed in the app instead of going all over the place. I’m not saying it was amazing or anything, but nothing felt sketchy, and it gave me some peace of mind.

"Fast Approval, Slow Updates"
I’ll give them credit, I got approved quickly. The only thing that bothered me was how slow the updates were after that. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but in the end it worked out okay.

"Not as responsive as they make it sound"
PadSplit has been okay overall, but the maintenance side definitely hasn’t matched what I expected. They make it seem like issues will be handled quickly, and sometimes they are, but other requests just sit for days with barely any updates. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it gets really frustrating when something needs fixing and the follow-through doesn’t match the promises.

The kitchen was clean whenever I used it and most people wiped up after they cooked. The fridge wasn’t a mess and the counters usually stayed clear. It made day to day living a lot easier.

"Internet’s been solid for me"
I’ve been living in a PadSplit for a few months now, and the internet has been steady. I’m on my laptop some evenings for work stuff, and I haven’t really had any major problems with video calls or streaming.

It did get slow one time, but it came back to normal quick, so it wasn’t a big deal. For shared housing, I kinda thought it might be more hit or miss, but it’s been fine for me...

"Got it done, just a little clunky"
Booking through PadSplit was okay overall. I found a room without too much trouble and the steps mostly made sense, but a few parts felt kinda slow and I had to go back and double check stuff here and there. It worked out in the end, just wasn’t as smooth or simple as I thought it’d be.

"Decent stay with a few shared-space hiccups"
The room itself was okay and had what I needed for a short stay. That said, the shared kitchen and bathroom weren’t always available when I needed them, which got a little frustrating at times. Still, the place was manageable overall, and if you’re flexible with timing, it’s not a bad option

Every time I used the bathroom, it was clean, so I’m assuming they stay on top of it regularly. The sink and shower both looked fine, there wasn’t any weird smell, and it seemed like people generally kept it decent
